Give one saved agent a combined view of all or selected projects and processes, with its own action map, schedule and private reports.

## Choose Company or Project groups

Open Agent Center → Work areas. Company runs one workflow using a combined view of the company’s permitted sources. Project groups share agent settings across projects while keeping each project’s execution and context separate.

Use Company for portfolio reviews, process overviews, risks and cross-project reporting. Use a project or Project groups when the agent needs to work on project tasks, post in project chats or use connections granted to those projects.

| Setting | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| Company | One company workflow and one schedule combine the selected projects and processes into a shared result. |
| Project groups | Shared configuration is applied to the chosen projects; each project retains its own context and work. |
| Agent profile and memory | The saved agent keeps its purpose, instructions and personal rules. Company work has a separate action map and schedule. |

## Choose a saved agent from the list

1. **Open Company:** The company owner can configure this work area for the company currently selected in Company Workspace.
2. **Find the agent:** Saved agents appear directly in the window with their name, role and description. Search by name, role or description; scroll within the list to see more agents.
3. **Select the agent:** Click its row to open its company settings. Change agent returns to the same list. If no agents are saved in this company, create one in Agent Center first.

## Select projects and processes independently

Keep at least one source type included. Select requires at least one checked source. Sources remain limited to the selected company and are checked again when the agent runs.

Changing an existing source selection pauses the company workflow and clears its action map for rebuilding against the new scope. Previously saved results and the agent’s project workflows are retained.

| Choice | Included sources |
| --- | --- |
| All | Current and future sources of this type in the selected company. |
| Select | Only the projects or processes you check in the list. Use the source search to find them. |
| Exclude | No sources of this type. You can review only projects or only processes. |

## Build the company map and set its schedule

1. **Save the sources:** Use Save scope & configure. If the scope is already saved, use Open action map.
2. **Describe the result in AI Designer:** For example: “Every Friday at 18:00, review all included projects and processes, identify risks and prepare a PDF with evidence and recommendations.” The map must include the reads, analysis and real file-creation actions.
3. **Configure Start:** Choose the launch mode, cadence, times and time zone. This scope runs One company workflow; it does not start a separate run for every project task.
4. **Save and start:** Save the verified map, return to the company settings and use Start to enable execution. Save retains the configuration; it does not unpause the agent. Pause prevents further scheduled work.

## Read private results and approve the current version

Return to Company → the saved agent to see its activity and results. Completed reports and documents appear in this company agent’s private results with a download link, creation time and version. Use Refresh company agent when you need a current view.

Open the file before choosing Approve this version. Approval applies to that exact saved version. A saved map, an analysis step and an approved document are different states; inspect Activity for any waiting or failed step.

Company scope currently supports reading the selected company context, analysis and private files such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX and CSV. Task changes, team/client chat messages and external MCP actions use their authorized project workflows; selecting Company does not grant those actions or access to other companies.

## If the agent or result does not appear

- Check the selected company and whether you are its owner. The picker shows saved agents belonging to this company.
- If loading fails, use Try again. A load error is different from an empty saved-agent list.
- Check that the source selection includes the expected projects or processes and that the map reads those sources.
- Check Start/Pause, the next launch, time zone, AI Credit availability and the actual execution result before retrying.
- Company work and project work have separate settings and result streams. Open the work area that produced the result.
