Understand Client Office, Team Studio and Pro Workspace before you begin.

## One identity, three working contexts

Your Collty account can move between workspaces without creating separate identities. Each workspace changes the tools and decisions that are emphasized, while your professional profile remains the trusted human layer underneath.

Choose the workspace that matches what you are doing now. You can switch later without duplicating your core profile.

## Which workspace should I use?

| Workspace | Use it when | Primary tools |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Client Office | You are assembling or hiring teams for your own work | AI team search, Teams Canvas, project oversight |
| Team Studio | You manage a delivery team, agency or partner operation | Team settings, staffing, margin and delivery |
| Pro Workspace | You work as a specialist and collaborate across projects | Professional portfolio, tasks, Signals and achievements |

> **Good to know:** A company can use internal teams, external teams or both. Workspace choice does not lock a project into one staffing model.

## Your first visit

1. **Open any workspace:** Collty checks whether your Professional Profile is ready.
2. **Complete the profile if prompted:** The profile window remains available until the minimum required information is saved.
3. **Use the Help control:** The cabinet guide adapts to whether you already have teams, projects and active delivery work.
