Keep company identity and payment details separate, and choose which companies appear in your calendar.

## Open the selected company’s profile

1. **Select the company:** Open Company menu and choose the company before editing.
2. **Open Profile:** Use Profile in the Project Canvas rail. On mobile it remains in the bottom shortcut bar.
3. **Update Overview:** Edit the company or brand name, company email, phone, website, industry and description, then save.
4. **Complete Legal & payment details:** Enter the legal name and relevant registration, address, bank and payment information. Use Save billing details for this section.

## Use company details for company business

Company profile and billing details belong to the selected company, whether it is a client organization or an agency. They do not overwrite the individual’s Professional Profile.

When reviewing or issuing an invoice, verify the legal parties and the accounting entity. A saved company profile does not itself change an already issued document.

## Choose the calendar scope

1. **Open Calendar:** Open Calendar while the intended company is selected.
2. **Open Calendar settings:** Use the option to show events from all companies when you need a combined view; otherwise keep the current company scope.
3. **Choose whether to show completed tasks:** Use Show completed tasks to include or hide completed task events. Event type and task status convey different information.
4. **Save the preferences:** Set the time zone, working week and display preferences, then save. Access rules still apply to every event.

## Company or Agency changes team tools

Agency teams expose Pricing & margins and Portfolio. Set margin and tax values deliberately for client delivery. These controls are hidden for a Company.

Project types remain descriptive tags. Project defaults set the initial cycle, hours, costs and invoicing rules for new projects; existing projects keep their own saved settings.
