## Start with a team or a project

If you already know the people, create or open the team first. If you know the outcome but not the team, start with AI assembly and review the ranked team options before opening one in Teams Canvas.

## Recommended workflow

1. **Describe the work:** Give Collty the outcome, constraints and important context.
2. **Choose an internal or external path:** Internal work uses your own people; external work can use saved or AI-assembled teams.
3. **Choose the sprint cadence:** Set weekly, two-week, monthly or flow-based planning independently from total project duration.
4. **Choose tracking and billing:** Decide whether hours, costs and invoices are required for this project.
5. **Review the team:** Use Team Intelligence as decision support, then save and launch when the composition is ready.
