Review current decisions, blockers, meetings, messages and onboarding questions in your selected workspace.

## Open your current overview

Open Smart Console from the workspace toolbar. The selected company and your current access determine which records appear. Project badges and the console use the same snapshot.

## Review the actual work

- Decisions include prepared agent actions, briefs, results and financial approvals you are allowed to review.
- Blockers include stopped agent steps and recorded task dependencies. Deadlines are evaluated in your time zone.
- Meetings include scheduled meetings from your authorized Collty calendar for the next seven days, with a meeting link when one is recorded.
- Unanswered onboarding questions lead back to the existing onboarding conversation. A team follow-up can return the question to your attention.

## Opening is not approving

Opening a signal never completes a task, approves a publication or dismisses an unresolved decision. Review the source record and its exact prepared inputs. Existing approval rules continue to apply.

## Live updates and unavailable sources

Changes arrive through Supabase Realtime; the overview does not poll repeatedly or use AI tokens to classify routine states. Refresh is available when you want to reconcile the current records.

If a source cannot be refreshed, its previously loaded values can remain visible with an explicit warning. Recent-message windows show minimum unread counts when older messages are outside the window. An incomplete overview is never confirmation that everything is up to date.
