Configure sprint cadence, time tracking, billing and invoices as separate decisions.

## Project Launcher asks only what changes the workflow

A project's total duration is independent from its sprint cadence. A one-year project may use weekly sprints; a short project may use a two-week planning window. Collty asks for cadence, tracking and commercial rules separately so one choice does not silently force the others.

## Choose the four controls

| Control | Options | What changes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sprint cadence | 1 week, 2 weeks, month, flow | Planning windows, reports and task grouping |
| Time tracking | Required, optional, off | Whether task hours appear and are validated |
| Billing | None, hourly, fixed, milestones | How commercial value is calculated |
| Invoices | Off, manual, automatic | Whether and how invoice workflows are created |

## Team defaults speed up setup

Team settings act as sensible defaults. Project Launcher can create a project-specific composition and configuration without forcing you to duplicate the original team manually. The selected project settings are explicit and remain visible before launch.
