Use a project source for commercial proposals or delivery reports, select periods and style, then save and export the presentation.

## Start from the right project source

1. **Open Keynote Studio:** Open the application for the project, or open Source library in Keynote Studio.
2. **Choose a project or draft:** Search Project sources and select an available project or Project Architect draft. The source supplies the authorized plan, tasks and team evidence.
3. **Choose Commercial proposal or Project report:** The two modes use the same source but organize it for different audiences. A proposal presents planned delivery and client investment; a report reviews recorded delivery.

## Set the report period and date

In Project report, use Period to select delivery periods and As of for the report date. Review the included sprint dates before applying the selection. A report’s cutoff is not a change to the project schedule.

## Set identity, appearance and density

1. **Open Presentation settings:** Set the presentation title and Prepared for audience. Prepared for is used in the slide footer alongside the document type.
2. **Add a logo if needed:** Upload Client logo. If no logo is supplied, no substitute Collty logo is inserted in the presentation title. The supported upload limit is 5 MB.
3. **Choose theme and style:** Slide theme changes the palette; Slide style changes the composition. These settings are separate from the site’s light or dark theme.
4. **Choose Task card size:** Large, Medium and Small control task density. Smaller cards fit more titles while retaining hierarchy and status. Task descriptions are not a substitute for a concise delivery overview.

## Review the evidence behind the slides

- Roadmap follows the saved delivery periods and work hierarchy. Epics, tasks and subtasks retain their source relationships.
- Team and workload use available profile and allocation evidence. Missing hours or costs should not be interpreted as zero effort or free delivery.
- Financial information follows the saved project policy and your permissions. Planned client investment is not an amount already paid.
- AI insights can help explain the project but do not approve a plan, accept work or record payment. Check claims against the underlying tasks and evidence.

## Save and export

1. **Save presentation:** Save after the source and deck are ready to retain the presentation settings.
2. **Choose PDF quality:** Standard is faster and produces a smaller file; High uses 2× rendering and Retina uses 3×. Higher quality takes more memory and time.
3. **Use PDF:** Wait for the progress indicator to finish. Cancel export is available while preparing the document. A successful status reads PDF downloaded.
4. **Check the downloaded document:** Review page breaks, task density, selected periods, identity and commercial figures before sending it. If export fails, read its error and retry at Standard quality.
