Read the score, confidence and five team quality dimensions without treating them as a black box.

## Read the intelligence ring

The center shows the overall team quality estimate. The surrounding segments show five distinct dimensions, each with its own percentage and color. Confidence is displayed separately because a precise-looking score should not hide limited evidence.

## The five dimensions

| Dimension | What it asks | Useful action |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Member fit | Do individual members bring relevant, evidenced capability? | Inspect role and specialist fit |
| Coverage | Does the team cover the capabilities represented in its composition? | Add or replace a missing capability |
| Availability | Can the team realistically take on the work? | Confirm availability or rebalance workload |
| Collaboration | Is there evidence that this group can work together effectively? | Review prior collaboration and Team Pulse |
| Resilience | Can work continue if one person becomes unavailable? | Reduce single-person dependencies |

## The hybrid intelligence model

### Inside Collty: Deterministic evidence plus AI interpretation

Collty combines fast deterministic scoring with AI-assisted interpretation where unstructured context adds value. The deterministic layer keeps ranking consistent; AI helps explain trade-offs and project context without becoming the only source of truth.

- Scales are normalized before weighting so small internal ranges are never mistaken for 0-100 values.
- Recent, verified collaboration evidence carries more weight than old or incomplete signals.
- Team Pulse and completed outcomes can calibrate the model over time.
- Recommendations distinguish composition analysis from project-brief matching.

## Use it as decision support

> **Good to know:** A low-confidence score means Collty needs stronger evidence. It does not mean the people are weak. Confirm availability, complete profiles and record project outcomes before making a high-stakes staffing decision.
