Team Roles & Project Scope
You can evaluate the roles of specialists in your team and the effectiveness of their engagement based on work hours. A green dot 🟢 in a specialist’s card indicates optimal work time, red 🔴 shows low efficiency, and violet 🟣 lets you decide how important this level of engagement is depending on your project.

Choose Your Setup Mode:
You can select Manual Mode to customize your team. This mode lets you pick the specialists you need, set their working hours (from 1 to 160 hours per month using the slider), and specify the quantity if you require multiple specialists of the same type. You can choose up to 10 different types of specialists and adjust their numbers based on the complexity and specifics of your project.
Don’t forget to select the duration of your project – from 1 week to 1 year. This will allow you to set the number of hours for specialists, ranging from a few hours to 1920 (1 year).
Or, use Templates: If you choose this option instead of Manual Mode, specialists, work hours, and quantities are automatically set. A specialized algorithm, powered by AI and big data, analyzes typical projects to determine the ideal team composition and required work time. You can still adjust the types of specialists, add, remove, or replace them, and set your own hours and quantities based on your project’s complexity and specifics.

While the templates already have preset project durations, you can adjust the project duration using the template and customize the hours for each specialist based on your project needs and experience.

- Quick Projects (marked with ⏱️), which are typically completed within a month or a few weeks.
- Standard Teams ⚙️ with monthly/weekly renewals, assembled for scalable projects (you can find a “Scale up” option under the project estimate). These are suitable if you need a team for specific recurring monthly tasks. If you’re using an Agile or Scrum model, you can adjust the project duration to 1 or 2 weeks for easier calculation.
- Long-term projects (unmarked) – these can range from 1.5 months to a year. These templates will help you quickly estimate the cost and duration of more complex projects based on our experience.

How to use Team Assembler
Team Cost, Start Date, and Expertise:
Once you’ve assembled your team, the Cost column shows the monthly cost for each specialist based on their hours and tasks. Next, you must select an Anticipated project start date—keep in mind that we need a week for contract preparation, so plan accordingly. You can also specify the required team experience (Industry/Market expertise) by choosing the industry expertise closest to your needs. Some teams may be unavailable; if we can’t find a suitable team, we’ll inform you within 24 hours. Total Cost: This is the final monthly cost of your project. All fees and taxes are already included in the cost.

Click Submit to send your request, and you will receive a message confirming successful submission. The request will not be sent if all required fields are not filled in; you will then see a corresponding message. If the Submit button is red, it means the total monthly cost of your project is less than the minimum ($1500). In this case, the button is inactive, and you cannot submit the request. The button will become active again once the total reaches $1500 or more. Important: Do not submit a new request for a team until you have confirmed the previous one—wait for the email, which usually arrives within 10 minutes. If you submit two or more requests without confirming each one in sequence, confirming any of them by the email will confirm the last one.

The next step is for your personal manager to contact you to clarify and coordinate all details and grant you access to your personal account, where you can manage the main processes.
