Common questions

How Collty connects the business from architecture to execution.

Design the operating model, run processes and projects, connect teams and economics, and let AI work from the same governed context instead of another disconnected tool.

What is Collty?

Collty is one operational intelligence system for designing how a business works and running what it does. It connects business architecture, executable processes, BPMN runtime, projects, teams, tasks, controls, finance, CRM, operational memory and governed AI automation in one shared model.

Who is Collty for?

Collty is built for companies, founders, operating leaders, agencies and independent specialists that need to design, execute and improve a business with people and AI. It supports internal operations, client delivery, process improvement and project-based work without forcing them into separate systems.

How does Collty turn business architecture into execution?

Business Architect decomposes the operating model into management, core and support processes with owners, teams, KPIs, risks and controls. A validated BPMN model can then be published as a runtime, creating accountable work, approvals, SLA tracking, exceptions, evidence and a complete execution history.

How are processes, projects, teams and tasks connected?

A process can run as recurring operations, produce Workspace tasks or connect to a project that changes or improves the operating model. BPMN activities, tasks, responsible people, teams, evidence and outcomes remain linked, so Collty can see whether work was completed, delayed, reassigned or blocked by a capacity or capability gap.

Can Collty manage business economics and client operations?

Yes. Finance connects P&L, cash flow, payroll, invoices, expenses, receivables and payables with the processes, projects and teams that created them. The server-side Accounting Core uses balanced double entry, a chart of accounts, controlled journals and periods, source-to-journal traceability, FX, revenue recognition, ECL and consolidation, and supports governed IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP policy workflows without presenting Collty as a certification or audit opinion. CRM manages independent companies and contacts, pipeline, correspondence, versioned billing profiles, connected projects and customer invoicing in the same operating context.

What does AI do inside Collty?

AI works from governed operational context rather than an isolated prompt. It can help design process and project models, identify risks and gaps, recommend teams, analyse delivery and economics, and complete delegated work through configured agents while preserving permissions, approvals, provenance and human control.

Can Collty support a new company or an industry-specific operating model?

Yes. Versioned industry packs adapt the process architecture to how a company creates value. For supported jurisdictions, an early-stage company can also include a formation contour covering official registration, documents, tax, banking, regulatory actions and relevant support programmes, with dated guidance that can be reviewed and updated.

How does Collty protect personal data and private projects?

Collty separates public discovery data from private workspace data. Private project records are scoped by workspace, project and participant permissions, with server-side access checks for project, team and workspace actions. Sensitive data, including private chats, direct messages, tasks, files, billing data and non-public profiles, is stored as encrypted fields with application-level AES-256-GCM encryption. HMAC-SHA256 lookup indexes support matching and search without exposing raw private values.
