Is Pro really free?+
Yes. A specialist can create a personal profile, join projects and work with teams without a subscription. AI-assisted tools use separately purchased Collty AI tokens.
Who is the Team plan for?+
Team is for anyone who manages a team or project: a client, team owner, agency, internal lead or independent professional assembling a hybrid team.
What counts toward the project limit?+
The intended subscription limit applies to active managed projects. Completed or archived projects remain available as history and do not occupy an active project slot.
Are AI tokens included in the subscription?+
No. AI usage is separate from the workspace subscription, so people who do not use AI do not subsidize it. Team, Business and Enterprise receive progressively better usage rates.
What happens after the three-month trial?+
Before paid billing is enabled, the page is informational and account creation remains free. Collty will show the applicable plan and price before any paid subscription starts.
Can one account use different Collty workspaces?+
Yes. One Collty ID can work as a specialist, manage teams and use client project tools. The subscription follows the management capacity you need, not a separate login.
