Is Pro really free?+
Yes. Pro Start lets a specialist create a personal profile, join projects and work with teams without a subscription. Pro Extra adds Project Architect, Creative Canvas and 500 monthly Collty AI tokens for $10 per month.
Who is the Team plan for?+
Team is for anyone who manages a team or project: a client, team owner, agency, internal lead or independent professional assembling a hybrid team.
What counts toward the project limit?+
The intended subscription limit applies to active managed projects. Completed or archived projects remain available as history and do not occupy an active project slot.
Are AI tokens included in the subscription?+
Pro Extra includes 500 Collty AI tokens, Team includes 1,000 at $25 or 3,500 at $55, and Business includes 10,000. Pro Start users can purchase AI tokens only when needed. Additional tokens use the published plan rate.
What happens after the three-month trial?+
Before paid billing is enabled, the page is informational and account creation remains free. Collty will show the applicable plan and price before any paid subscription starts.
Can one account use different Collty workspaces?+
Yes. One Collty ID can work as a specialist, manage teams and use client project tools. The subscription follows the management capacity you need, not a separate login.
