Read AI activity and manage credits

In My Account → Overview, choose the company you own and use View AI activity beside AI · Collty tokens. The activity window can show your own requests across workspaces or an owned company. Company-wide activity is an owner scope, not an automatic right of every team member.

   Select a period

   Choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year, or select a reporting month. Use the day, week or month grouping for the chart.

   Select a measure

   Switch between cost, model tokens and requests. Inspect a chart point to see its date or interval and recorded values.

   Inspect a resource

   Group By tool, By agent, By provider or By model. Select a resource to inspect its activity; Overview returns to the wider scope.

   Refresh or download

   Use Refresh AI usage for current saved activity or Download AI usage CSV for the selected register. An empty period is different from a failed load.

Cabinets show AI usage value in USD including Collty markup. Admin Console shows recorded provider cost before that markup. These are different amounts and should not be compared as if both were the provider bill.

Model tokens are the provider’s input and output tokens. Purchased Collty tokens are the company’s usage balance. One user request can generate more than one model call, so requests, calls and tokens are separate counters. A missing price is shown as unavailable, not as free usage.

AI · Collty tokens shows purchased, used, reserved and remaining balance. Use Buy AI credits when available, review the request and follow its payment state. Tokens are credited after confirmation; submitting a request does not increase the balance.

Activate a company package before purchasing company credits. The company owner manages the company budget; project and process owners configure permitted agent access and personal limits within their scope. A displayed balance does not itself grant an agent permission to use a resource.

Admin Console → AI usage summarizes Collty activity by provider, model and tool. It does not list every individual agent. Open Accounts, find one exact account email and select its company to inspect the account’s actual provider costs, daily or weekly/monthly trends and agent detail.
