Achievements make useful professional progress visible
Achievements recognize completed delivery, trusted collaboration, healthy team behavior, documented professional evidence and useful community participation. They are designed to make meaningful progress visible rather than reward passive follower counts or repeated low-value activity.
Each achievement is calculated from stored product evidence. The interface shows its current state, tier, progress and next threshold without asking the user to claim it manually.

Open achievements from a professional profile
The pulsing achievement icon appears in the upper-right profile actions where Collty can resolve the person behind the profile. It is available from the Professional Portfolio and from supported specialist profile views in Teams, Project Workspace and Signals.
Select the icon to open the Achievements window. The collection remains a separate layer above the current profile, so closing it returns to the same person and context.

What counts toward progress
- A task counts when it is assigned to the specialist and reaches the completed delivery state used by the project workflow.
- A project counts when the project record reaches a completed state, not when it is merely created or opened.
- A Signal connection counts after acceptance; a pending request does not count.
- An accepted answer counts only after the Signal author marks the answer as accepted.
- Profile evidence counts from completed education and case records associated with the same professional profile.
- Team Pulse counters use recorded project-task check-ins and positive assessed-task evidence, not private message sentiment.
Achievements support reputation without replacing context
A badge is a compact entry point into professional evidence. It does not replace the person's role, experience, cases, availability or project outcomes, and it is not used as a universal score of human quality.
In Signals, accepted answers and completed collaborations can be shown as understandable evidence. In team decisions, achievements complement the profile and Team Intelligence rather than overriding project fit.
When an achievement unlocks
After a relevant action such as completing a task, contributing Team Pulse or updating professional evidence, Collty checks the profile summary. A newly reached milestone is recorded once and queued for notification.
The cabinet shows a single animated achievement message with a direct View achievement action. Dismissing it does not remove the achievement, and the same unlock is not celebrated again on every visit.
Build reputation through real work
- 1Complete the Professional Profile
Add verifiable education and complete project cases so profile evidence can be understood by people and team tools.
- 2Keep delivery records current
Use accurate assignments and task states instead of updating progress only at the end of a project.
- 3Contribute Team Pulse honestly
Use check-ins to improve collaboration quality, not to chase a counter.
- 4Help in Signals
Answer questions where you have relevant experience, publish useful methods and keep opportunities current.
- 5Build trusted connections
Accept and maintain professional relationships that reflect actual collaboration or useful community interaction.
