PROCESSES, PROJECTS AND DELIVERY

Prepare a business plan and investor presentation

Answer guided questions, develop evidence-based chapters and present the same accepted financial model in Keynote Studio.

01

Start from the company operating model

  1. 1
    Open Business Architect

Select the company model, open Operate → Business plan. Company context and process responsibilities provide a starting point; planned processes are not evidence of achieved revenue or traction.

  2. 2
    Choose the reader and language

Set the title, language and audience: investors, lenders or internal management. Answers, section drafts, source references and financial inputs are saved together. You can save an unfinished plan and return later.

02

Build each chapter through specific questions

The eleven narrative sections cover purpose, problem and solution, market and competition, business model, validation, go-to-market, operations, team, jurisdiction, funding and risks. Each section has separate questions with explanations. Available choices help classify the situation; company-specific detail supplies the reasoning.

Use Next question or the section question navigator. A selected category does not replace a requested explanation. Earlier notes are preserved. The saved answers are inputs to an authored chapter; they are not automatically treated as finished investor copy.

Answer basisHow it is used
Founder decision / provided factYour declared situation or decision. It is not independently verified merely because it was entered.
Planning assumptionA proposal or estimate to test, clearly separated from achieved results.
UnknownAn unresolved input. It remains a gap rather than a fabricated answer.
Not applicableExplain why the question does not apply to this company.
03

Describe actual traction with definitions and periods

Validation & traction separates product stage, reporting period, active users, paying customers, earned revenue, retention cohorts, pilots and source limitations. “No paying customers yet” is a valid fact; a target is not an observed count. Observed questions cannot be completed with planning assumptions.

For each number, identify its unit, period, cutoff and source. Separate bookings, earned revenue and cash receipts. Record cohort size and interval for retention. Keep future validation milestones separate from achieved results.

04

Use AI to explain and develop the material

  1. 1
    Help me answer

Ask for an explanation or a specific question. For planning decisions, AI can suggest an answer for your explicit acceptance as an assumption. For observed results it provides evidence-gathering guidance instead of inventing actuals.

  2. 2
    Develop with AI

Prepare a connected chapter and concise investor summary from the saved answers, company context and accepted financial model. Review the next unresolved detail and material gaps. This is an explicit generation request, not an automatic background rewrite.

  3. 3
    Review visuals and confirm

Supported answers can produce qualitative cards, flows, comparisons or milestone sequences. Every item retains an exact answer quote as its basis; unsupported figures are rejected. Review the text, sources and assumptions before confirming the section.

05

Use official country evidence for Company & jurisdiction

The selected operating country determines the maintained country profile. Collty prepares the general baseline from dated official requirements and their applicability conditions. You provide company-specific registration facts, operating footprint, ownership circumstances, activities and unresolved decisions.

Collty does not infer that a company is incorporated, holds a permit or qualifies for a tax regime. A missing or expired maintained profile is a platform evidence gap: it cannot be replaced by invented law or a founder’s unsupported answer. Cross-border or regulated activity may require additional verified applicability evidence. Check the source dates and review company-specific applicability.

06

Calculate the model, then assemble the documents

  1. 1
Open Financial model & unit economics

Work through the financial assistant and Review inputs. Accept explicit assumptions, calculate the model and inspect its unit metrics, scenarios, statements and charts.

  2. 2
    Review linked chapters after changes

Changing the accepted model marks finance-dependent chapters for renewed preparation and review. Saved answers remain available. Confirmation of an older narrative does not prove consistency with a changed model.

  3. 3
Open Business plan or Investor deck

Keynote Studio uses a snapshot of the saved plan. The full document includes detailed statements and provenance; the investor deck uses shorter summaries, visual blocks, unit economics and financial charts. Review pagination, sources and unfinished labels before downloading PDF.
